All products in our store are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. We aim to deliver quality products in a timely and efficient manner. Below is our shipping policy for your reference:
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing and production before shipment. Each product is made to order to reduce waste and ensure quality.
Estimated Shipping Times
After fulfillment, shipping times vary based on your location:

Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery time may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
Tracking Information
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and fulfillment center locations. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment when applicable.
Customs & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an address issue, we can reship it to the correct address at the customer's expense.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@wearkp.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with Printful to resolve the issue promptly.
